Mediator, Facilitator and Trainer
Why Peacewell?
A well is a life-giving place where people come to replenish, connect and draw the resources they need. Wells feature in storybooks, myths and scriptures as places where people meet and things happen.
Through mediation and dialogue facilitation, Peacewell offers a safe space for people to share their perspectives, listen to each other, find solutions together and restore broken relationships.
Through training and conflict coaching, Peacewell gives people a better understanding of conflict; where it comes from, how best to respond, and how to help others to navigate through it.
Core concepts underpinning our work are non-violent communication, restorative justice, inclusion, equity and resilient, compassionate human connection.
Amazing things happen when people get talking – and listening.
“I am passionate about supporting people to find peace. Whether a dispute concerns the mundane realities of everyday life, a clash of values, or a high-value contract, the emotional toll, time lost, and ripple effects on others can be huge. I founded Peacewell to help people who are in conflict to find peace. Peace looks different for everyone but for me, it is best conveyed by the Hebrew word ‘Shalom’, or the Arabic word ‘Salaam’,’ both of which convey ideas of holistic wellbeing, harmony, safety and right relationships.”
