WHAT WE DO

We offer mediation, facilitation and training in person and remotely.

Our accredited mediators and facilitators draw on a range of skills and experience to support people to talk about the things that matter to them.

We host safe spaces for people to look deeply at the issues, to build trust, to listen, to explore ideas and to focus on solutions.

WHY WE DO IT

Because we want to help people to get talking and listening.  To resolve conflict, to find answers, to restore relationships.

Wells appear in myths, scriptures and fairy tales for a reason. A well is more than a watering hole. It is a meeting place where questions are answered, news is exchanged, insights are shared, arguments are resolved, relationships are restored. Peace can be found in conversations at the well.

Workplace mediation can restore broken relationships and reduce conflict and stress

Commercial mediation offers a swift, low cost resolution for contractual or financial disputes

Charity mediation can resolve disputes that are getting in the way of delivering for beneficiaries

Mediation can restore peace between tenants, landlords or neighbours who are in dispute

WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT US

MEDIATION
I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for your superb and thoughtful mediation today…. I felt that with you to guide us we were able to have conversations that would otherwise have been impossible. So thank you.

I am delighted with the process and as you mentioned – optimistic! Let’s see where we go to and a heavy fog has lifted, now we have to keep the sun shining. Very best wishes and thank you for all your help.

FACILITATION

Sharon took the leadership team of Connect through a useful process to refine the strategy and three year plan for the charity. She challenged our thinking whilst being empathetic to our different communication styles and needs. She delivered everything she promised.   Sally McVicker, CEO Connect

I was really impressed by how quickly and accurately you distilled the key issues and kept them on the agenda for the day. I felt the day went very well for lots of reasons. Lots to do as a result, but it feels exciting. Justine Daniels, CEO, Readathon

Sharon and Alex did a brilliant job of facilitating the Circles Conversations about Race in the Parish of Herne Hill. They created a safe space for everyone to share their voice in an uninterrupted way and summarised learnings and feelings the group were sharing. They also set the tone well and provoked good discussion through thoughtful opening readings they had chosen for each specific week. They enabled people to respond in their own way in prayer or reflection at the end.  Rev Ben Goodyear, Vicar, Parish of Herne Hill

Sharon is also highly effective in deploying her facilitation skills. The consequence is that planned outcomes for meetings are routinely achieved. I can unhesitatingly recommend her as a partner for any senior management team wanting to up its game.  Ian Wright, Director General, Food and Drink Federation

TRAINING AND CONFLICT COACHING

I have been using my new skills to practise, especially my listening skills.  I am more attentive to what the other person is saying and not interrupting or imposing solutions .

I was able to resolve a conflict with a friend of mine fairly recently, by using the skills I learnt on conflict resolution which had a positive outcome.
